It is no surprise that the best youngsters in the world of football have a host of clubs lining up for their signing. In the end, the player’s decision comes down to two aspects – the project and the money on offer.

The story of Erling Haaland last summer was similar. Close to ten top European sides attempted to sign the Norweigan International only for Manchester City to swoop him with their meticulous project and a massive paycheck.

Endrick’s saga seems to be going in a similar direction. Just 16 years of age, the Brazilian sensation is attracting interest from a host of interest from top clubs in Europe, including Real Madrid.

But, according to reports from Ge Globo, it is Paris Saint-Germain who have made the first move for the teenage prodigy. The Ligue 1 champions are prepared to offer Palmeiras a fee of €80 million for two of their star players – Endrick and Estêvão. However, the Brazilian side are not satisfied and are demanding more.

Endrick’s father, Douglas Ramos, had recently confirmed that PSG had officially begun negotiating with Palmeiras for the teenager. Now, the French giants are preparing a formal offer for Endrick and 15-year-old Estêvão.

Nasser Al-Khelaifi’s offer includes €50 million as a fixed fee with €30 million arriving as bonuses. Yet, Palmeiras want a fixed fee of €60 million for Endrick alone and refuse to accept anything less than his release clause.

PSG and Real Madrid are not the only clubs looking to sign the teenager. Chelsea and Barcelona are amongst the others in the running and it remains to be seen as to who is willing to meet Palmeiras’ demands.

Slowly but surely, the 16-year-old’s story is becoming the biggest talking point of the upcoming summer transfer window. While he cannot move to Europe for another two years at least, such a massive price tag could put pressure on the teenager from the get-go.
